Our Plan Children

After working on Plan International's 'Sponsor a Child' Christmas banner advertising campaign the team decided to sign up and sponsor 4 young children in Sri Lanka. Each team member makes a monthly contribution from their salary which is matched by the company. This small contribution will help our 4 children; Nushka, Akila, Suwel and Fathima, live a more comfortable life and have a brighter future.

Bike Europe

At the start of 2007 our senior designer Dan and a small group of young people from the Swift Youth Group decided it would be a good idea to cycle the 1950 miles to Spain and back. This idea quickly became a reality and was known as Bike Europe. They cycled around 60 miles a day taking them from London, to Dover, Calais, Lyon, Montepelier, Perpignan, Barcelona, across the foothills of the Pyrenees to Bilbao before getting a ferry back to Portsmouth and cycling home, via Tunbridge Wells. The expedition took them 38 days and in the process they raised over £7,000 for their youth group.

Webscript supported the team from the outset with help and advice during the planning stages, allowing Dan to have the time off in the summer and large donation towards their fundraising target.
